Workflow 1
How everyone gets in
Access travels down a chain of invitations. Each level sets the terms for the next one: revenue share, license dates and which ports they may use.
Workflow 2
One case, from application to certificate
Press play, or click any step. The status chip shows what the case says on screen at that moment.
Workflow 3
Where the money goes
The customer pays one invoice. The platform fee is split between the association, the agency and CapitalPay. Agency fees reach the agency only after the case completes.
Try the split
The platform fee comes from the declared value of the shipment. The two percentages come from the association MOU and the agency's membership. If an agency has no own rate, 20% is used.
The two shares add up to more than 100%, so CapitalPay's remainder would be negative.
Workflows 4 and 5
Keeping agencies honest and paying people out
Compliance scores update on their own. Payouts only go to bank accounts and e-wallets that passed verification.
